Delete your Astrevia account

This page explains how to delete your account and data from Astrevia, the website at astrevia.app and the Astrevia: Birth Chart & Tarot app. You do not need the app to do it.

How to ask for deletion

Use either of these:

  1. On the website. Log in, open your Profile, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
  2. In the app. Open the You tab, tap the settings gear, then Delete account.

We email you to confirm the request, and you are logged out straight away.

If you have Premium

Bought in the Android app: deleting your account does not stop a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first (Play Store, your profile icon, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Astrevia, Cancel subscription), or Google will keep charging you.

Bought in the iPhone app: deleting your account does not stop an App Store subscription. Cancel it first (Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Astrevia, Cancel Subscription), or Apple will keep charging you.

Bought on the website: it stops renewing as soon as you ask, so you are not charged again, and it is cancelled when your account is deleted. If you change your mind and keep your account, it renews as before.

What we delete

Within 30 days of your request we permanently delete:

  • Your account: email address, name and login
  • Your birth date, time and place, and your chart
  • Your readings, tarot draws, journal and check-ins
  • Your friends and the people you added, and your name and sign in your friends' lists and group charts
  • Your referral details, notification settings and email subscriptions
  • Your purchase record with RevenueCat, our app purchase provider

What we keep, and for how long

  • Payment records (name, email, amounts and dates of website payments, held by Stripe): 10 years, as Portuguese and EU accounting law requires. They never include your birth data, readings or journal.
  • Server logs (IP addresses and requests, for security): deleted automatically after 90 days.

Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are recorded by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. Full details are in our privacy policy.
